Message	~$70 out of the solid nylon material in the current thickness. The nylon stuff is quite a bit stronger than the material our machine does, so would guess I could take down my average thickness from 0.150" to 0.100". This would put the final cost at around $50 per part. If anybody is interested I can get it uploaded.
